I've programmed a TSU9200 with an RF extender for a customer. After the extender has been powered on for some time, occaisionally on a button press a "Command Failed" message will appear and that button press doesn't execute. As time goes on, the frequency of these failures increases until the remote is unusable. Disconnecting and reconnecting the power from the base station seems to make it 99% functional again, and then it declines from there all over. I've tried all three channels, and the problem still keeps occurring. The remote has the current (April) firmware on it, and it's within five metres of the extender which is inside a wooden cabinet. There is at least one wireless network in detection range and a couple of cordless phones.

Any ideas or similar experiences?
