PEP runs fully on Vista. If you are having learning problems
it is most unlikely a problem with Vista.
I had a mixture of problems same as you guys after a format of my PC and fresh install of Vista Ultimate. Prior to the format it was working flawlessly.
Fixed the problem by unchecking the "run as administrator" box in the properties. Been fine ever since.
