There are a couple of threads on it, both in the URC forum and the CI forum. Basically, it has voltage and video signal sensing, relays, RS232 control and narrow band RF for reliability. Macros are stored in the unit. If you log in to the dealer website at URC's website, you can download the software and a programming tutorial. There will be classes at CEDIA as well.
