In PA over two months now. Just can't get any help from my rep. My Distr. has a call into his guy. I've tried calling in to URC. They just need more man power or (woman) power, something better change in their sales dept. if they are not able to even make an order possible to be be shipped. If I'd known I'd be waiting two months for my new items, I would have just bought them and walked out that day after training with them in my hands and started having fun. I mean, these are for me. WTF? But NO! They have issues. I understand. I know what comes around goes around. I don't thnk that there is one manufacture in this market that is simply better than one or the other? If it's not one thing it's another.
