From what I can tell, if you right click the connected device(audio, cable, ect...) then click properties you get a pop up window there you can set the IR ports and routing. it doesnr seem to change in the configuration settings after you set it up that way. I havent worked with a MSC yet and probably wont for awhile
But thats what I am seeing
