"learned" codes from a CCF can be imported (actually, more of a drag/drop sort of thing) via the Universal Browser.
MXD files can be imported by right-clicking the device, but I've found that if you try to import an MX700-850 generated MXD into an MX900, you will lose ~40% of the LCD commands ... so it's probably better to use drag/drop for this, as well. Unfortunately, this latter method still limits you to learned commands only.
