If you check Universal's installer site, they are getting hit hard.

On that site Dale responded to one installer that URC could have sold a lot more units if they marketed direct to consumers and that this remote is for a different type of installer... Frankly, they do. They just beta test through installers. Customers are not buying RF consumer stuff. They are buying MX from trunk slammers.

There's a wave of installers who are not biting anymore.

I am actually proud to be one of the first to call out this "810" move.

Thanks to all those who gave me positive emails before I removed it. I was really reevaluating my position, b/c if I am the only one seeing the fiasco, maybe it was just me. I was literally never going to post here again.
