Interesting. Although not as hard to program as my Pronto TSU-2000, I've found the 810 to be not easy to program. For instance, why can't (or how do I) make a page for an activity also have channels? In other words, I already have an activity of "watch TV", and I just want to have a page of buttons for jumping to my favorite channels. I can program an activity (Favorites) to do this, but this doesn't make sense to me (why do I need an activity for 6 channels?).

Also, the software is poor. I have several devices with nothing in the database (eg, Squeeze Box). I've had the problem -- several times -- where I'd try to select a type of device (eg, music server), and the program simply would not let me do this. I had to kill the program and restart.
