Mostly likely your CCF codes are in Pronto RC5/RC6 shorthand, which URC doesn't understand. There's a process for converting them to learned longhand, but it's a lot easier to use the URC database. And also likely a lot better, since the database versions of the codes will properly support toggle bits, and I don't know if Pronto imported hex will do the same.
