I have played with this and I must be doing something wrong, or maybe I stumbled onto a bug...
I want to place a DVD jacket image where a button graphic resides. I think you see where I am going with this.
So I have downloaded a graphic jacket and using IRFAN, I resized it to 70x70 pixels and saved it as a png file.
Everytime I try to import this image, the system tells me that it's too large, yet I see its file parameters are definitely sized at 70x70 pixels. Is IRFAN not a good program to do this resizing activity? What am I missing?
