Yes, we looked into that as well, but ultimately decided to focus on the retrofit market for this product. Of course, the battery life of the KP-900 is quite long (I've had mine on the wall in dauily use for two months and it's showing no signs of slowing down). So even in new installation, there's still a huge market for it due simply to the ease of installation. The feature set of the KP-900 is complete now, but as it gets into installer's hands and they start getting lots of real world experience with it, we'll of course be looking at that feedback as we move into the design of future keypads.
