If you do not have the original, do you have the ability to go to a dealer that sells Plinius and learn the codes from one of the remotes they have?
Even if you amplifier is older, the codes usually do not change within the same line.
Also, I notice that the IR database for URC's MX line of remotes has the PLinius VOL +, VOL - and MUTE codes, so you will be good to go for the VOL that you want.
