Check out the R7 from Universal Remote Control here, if you are looking for a good quality, simple remote that has learning capabilities.

If you want to have more of the controls at your "finger tips", you might want to try the RF 20 or RF 30 in the same link above. These two offer the ability to control an RF box if your amplifier is behind closed doors and change the names of the buttons used to control the features of your amplifier that aren't usually found on a standard universal remote control.

Also, you might want to try out the Clicker Picker here on Remote Central. It lets you pick what features you want in a remote and then suggests which remotes might be of interest to you...... most of which are reviewed on this site.

Then, you might want to go to this site's User Reviews area to see what other users have thought of the particular remote you've picked out.
When ignorance is bliss, ‘tis folly to be wise.
