OK, I don't have them. However, you can get them if you use VIA Tools and the VIA Learner box.
Hook the learner to the PC, and open VIA Tools. Go into Tools | IR Library then select Elan from the manufacturer's list, then S12.
Once in there, you can go through the list of IR commands (which do include source switching) and use the Test IR button to learn them into your remote.
