I can not get my EPG account activated. I have an activation code, I put it into the activation code box, and hit the Activate button. Immediately, I get "Unable to connect to activation services".
I seem to be connected to my wireless network just fine as it is able to download the date/time and I got my music and pictures to stream to it with no problem.
What is the problem here??? Philips customer support had no idea. I'd really appreciate the help. Thanks!
