Finally, someone who knew how to fix this problem. I have struggled with it for at least a year. ATI doesn't have any help (once they told me to download the x10 drivers, and that worked for a little while, but......) I found a number of other approaches to this problem, but this is the only one that worked. And thanks for the very explicit instructions for Registry changes.
