The issue is that Windows Media Center ignores Crtl+D shortcut sent from MSC-400.
All other shortcuts listed on the Microsoft.com work just fine.
[Link: windowshelp.microsoft.com]If I close Media Center and open any application where Crtl+D is a valid shortcut it works just fine.
Ex. Word = Ctrl+D brings up font selection, in IE Ctrl+D adds to favorites. URC said it's not their problem because it works everywhere except Media Center software.
