If you don't use new graphics for the 3000 that will display the 16 shades of grey then you are not going to see a lot of difference in the 3000 display, other that being a little bluer and a shade brighter. Most of the graphics that come with the 3000 gallery don't do it justice. My 3000 also has better touch screen sensitivity. Also like being able to use the whole screen and the extra hard buttons.
