LCD time=10
BL time=4
if you have the BL to turn on automatically, then the BL will stay on for 10 seconds (you are telling it to have the light on for the same time)
if you use the BL button or you move into the light, then the BL time comes into effect and stays on for 4 sec.
just logical :-)
