I am hoping someone out there can help me with what I am trying to achieve:

Goal: Ultimately, I want to be able to use my slingbox to control my Buffalo Linktheatre DVD player. The player software does not list the buffalo dvd player in its database of codes. The only way to have the Slingbox control the DVD player, is via entering the 4-digit version of the IR codes...the same 4-digit codes that come with cheap universal remotes.

Since I have no idea what 4-digit codes are used with my buffalo, I figured I could have my Pronto 7000 learn all the codes via ProntoPro Edit and then "somehow" convert them to those 4-digit codes so that I can finally achieve my goal. I've done that, and now I am not sure what to do with these codes now, if anything now that I reflect on it. :*(

I'm definitely an IR code/code set newb so I hope that I can get some assistance from the outstanding folks in this forum!
