i have just upgraded y Pronto to the new RU990 and i am having trouble downloading the file to the remote and keep getting this message, comunication with device failed please retry and error code?? 0030, i have checked all the cables power in battery but cannot figure the problem, confusing as i have already downloaded my old RU950 file which i converted, any body come up with a solution, help needed doing my head in.
