You are having the same issue that I have been working with for 8 months. I apparently have the same remote that you have with the rocker button for device selection. Did you ever find a solution? I have all but quit using the pronto due to this issue. Does someone possibly have a learned code from using the direct mode procedure they could upload or email? Mit was very little (that means none) help for me.
