I own a TSU7000 which I use to control my Polk XRt12 XM Reference Tuner in conjunction with my RFX6000. I don't have any problems with control in this regard. I can tell you however, that the IR on this Polk unit really blows. The performace is very poor even using the original remote. As such, I would highly suggest running an IR emmiter from your RFX6500 directly to the Polk unit's IR receiver window if you have not done so already.
