- Have you made any recent changes to your configuration?
- Have you upgraded your firmware recently?
- Have you upgraded your ProntoEdit software recently?
- Do the hard buttons work if you change devices?
- Do you use AAA batteries or the docking station?
- If you use AAA batteries have you changed them?
- If you use the docking station do the hard buttons work while the remote is in the docking station?
It is worth $230 to repair a 3000? If you send your 3000 in and get a 3500 in return then it is but there is no guarantee that you will. You can get a replacement 3000 from eBay for around $100.
