I get the same problem with my newly purchased TSU7500. I tried installing the lastest firmware (Firmware Version 3.8.17), but this did not solve the problem. If I am using the remote every few minutes, it will fall asleep and I can wake it, but if I leave it overnight, it doesn't wake.
