Now that I have my new Samsung Blu-ray Disk player, I have to update my ProntoPro NG's (TSU7000) configuration. Problem is I have Windows Vista. When I start PPENG, I get two error messages:

"The file seems corrupt or damaged and ProntoProEdit NG cannot open it."

"Failed to load system configuration. Please reinstall the application."

I've followed the advice about uninstalling and reinstalling (as an administrator), rebooting after every step. I tried it several times. I've also deleted the "C;\Program Files\Philips" after uninstalling PPENG. Nothing seems to help.

I've also tried running PPENG with various different compatibility setting and as an administrator, also of no help.

Has anybody encounted this specific problem before and recovered from it?
