Never been reported. I think I'd be exchanging the unit
as the 3000's have had issues with some touch screens.
Never heard of the problem with the 3500's but I'd definitely
look @ exchange.
I called Philips Tech support, and he said the same thing. It actually got worse last night, and started happening more often and with more lines. My wife even noticed and informed me.
Since I have had the item about 2 weeks I will try and exchange. However this website shows 14 day exchange. I might be a couple of days over, but if so Philips stated they would take care of it. I hope they don't do like Hard Drive manufacturers and try and send a referb unit.
