I think I have figured the problem out. I just switched from Comcast Cable to Verizon FIOS. So, I created a new subscription. I deleted the old one, and then went to activate the new FIOS one. It immediately said the subscription was expired. I went back to the EPG website. Once there under the personalize page I selected RENEW. This brought me to an user agreement page where Philips basically says the EPG service can go away at any time. Once I agreed, my subscription went to active for 3 years and I got a new key. I put the new key in the IPronto and the EPG downloaded fine. New subscriptions apparently mean acknowledging a new user agreement which gets you to a new free 3 year EPG activation and new key for your IPronto. Hope this works for everyone.
