I recently purchased the Marantz SR9200 receiver. It comes with the RC3200 remote...and no software (though the manual talks about configuring audio devices using a database). Marantz' website does not have the software yet. I received an email reply from them indicating that the software would be available at the end of Dec. I also called them, but got a different answer (end of Jan). I guess I'm just a little disappointed having just spent $3K on a receiver and am unable to use the remote to it's full potential. I've had to resort to the remote to remote programming method (not ideal!) to get some functionality out of this thing.

Marantz...if you are reading this, how about releasing software prior to releasing hardware!!! Makes for better customer loyalty. Thanks.
