The NEOcan probably learn the different speeds. There is no dial on the NEO but you could still make it functional. Say there are four FF and four rewind. You could make a page with you FF and rewind and maybe a pause play or whatever. Then when you hit a FF you could have it send the command and the jump to a new page. The new page would look the same but the FF button would now have the next IR code to make the tape go faster again. Anyway, you get the idea
