If you rename the Neo ncf files you Downloaded to .ZIP and then change the Zip comment to 001 then you can use the RC3200 software.
So if you prefer to use the NeoEdit ssoftware that has the database of IR codes, you could and after saving the file just change the comment and it'll open right up with the RC3200 software!
Kind of stupid how they are making the end user have to do this themselves, as Philips could of just had the software save the .ncf file in either Neo or RC3200 format!
