I have played around with a Pronto NEO, but I haven't invested enough time to figure out if the hard button settings in the ProntoNEO device (the top device where the device overview is) are global or not. I would have assumed that they would be...just like the Pronto. But, in the little testing I did, it looks like the settings don't work the same as the Pronto. Anyone know for sure?

Whoever is designing these things (or paying for it) isn't "a very BRIGHT boy"....

Oh, I have invested enough time and pulled enough hair out because of these damn things. I put it away and have refused to look into answering my own question for now!
