I just bought a NEO "Open Box" deal at Best Buy
and it doesn't have the PC connect cable. Anyone
know where I can buy one? Should it have been
in the box (if it were complete)? Thanks...
It really depends on what the little yellow tag said and how much you paid. I got some terrific deals at BB but also learned the hard way to look close at the yellow open box tag. Anyway, if the price of the cable, shipping PLUS the price of the NEO are more than a new at RR, Ebay or BB than of course you should be able to return it. If you get any grief, just speak up...don't be shy...I rank the thrill of taking something back just a little below buying new electronic gadgets......
