I had a tought time learning Technics as well, which is Panasonic. But it is do-able. I have read the the RC3200 has been revised with a newer chip or something and learns better now as well, the Neo might have had this done to..

Also, look and see if there are NCF files with your devices, if so, then you need not worry about learning the codes as it's been done.
