Hey now...first post here. I've been through a few touchscreens including the RCA's, one-for-all's and the Ucommands and I have been unhappy with each. I am now considering two options:

1. A refurbished TS1000
2. A new NEO

Looking for some very general advice as to which might be better and why. I'm very excited at the potential to customize via my PC. I'm above average computer literate but not a programmer by any means. Basically looking for a ergonomic, functional, fully customizable remote and would really appreciate any advice from others who have used both. I've read all the FAQ' on this site and I'm still not sure which would be the better option. The TS1000 looks to be a slightly better (but older) model which is tried and true. The NEO seems newer, not quite as technical and still somewhat problematic. Am I on the right track here? Thanks for any advice!!!
