1. Have you tried using NeoEdit to setup your remote using the default codes in the NeoEdit database? If not, do so.

2. If that doesn't work find a device similar to yours and download a configuration for that...99/100 times it will work. In other words, if your Receiver is model VX-4200 and there is a config for a VX-3100, try it. Most mfg's use the same codesets throughout their product lines.

3. Finally, if there is nothing that works, simply use a default configuration in NeoEdit to set up the remote. Then use the learning function to overwrite the default codes with the correct codes from your remote.
