If no one on this forum has the codes, then you have two options:

1. It appears that Circuit City and Target both carry the Lite-On model. Take your Neo to the store and explain to them that you don't have a remote. Ask them if you can use the demo remote to program your Neo. Either that or buy one and return it, though alot of people would consider that unethical.

2. Contact OneForAll and see if their remotes support this device or if they can get the codes. If so, they can give you the codes for one of their universal remotes. They are available at most stores and also re-branded as RadioShack remotes (around $20).
