Having used the NEOedit software for a short time now, initially to test & acquire discrete codes, I've become acutely aware of the US & EU versions of the Neo remote and how the NEOedit and NeoHacker software defaults to the US TSU500 version even though I have the European RU930.
Some of the .ncf files I've downloaded wouldn't upload to my Neo because they're saved as TSU500 configurations, so to get round that I save the file as a RU930 configuration file and then it'll happily upload to my Neo. Maybe that'll work for you?
On the NEOedit side of things, why oh why have Philips effectively swapped the meanings of "upload" and "download" in relation to the remote? I find it annoying I keep having to carefully look at the menu option so I select the right option.
