Ok, I've been using my Neo for a few months and I think I should sell it while I can. I while ago it forgot a few of the commands and I couldn't teach them at the time. Well, today I put fresh batteries in it and it still has the current file because my screens are there and such. The problem is that the unit is unresponsive. The backlight is on and NONE of the buttons do anything at all. I decided to try to re-download the file to get it right but when I do I get a box popping up that says "Trying to download into a device not designed for this configuration file" it's a .ncf file and it's the file I created a few months ago. Can you help me? NeoHelp has been useless and I'm ticked off.
