Received my Harmony over the weekend and after many frustrating hours of trying to program (my system is fairly complex) it works! Not only does it work but it's awesome! I didn't play with any xml codes although I would like to know what they can do for me? Where do learn/start?

I must say that for this product to be successful I think they need better setup/user information. Can't they put all forms documents etc in a booklet with the remote or in one spot to download from? I was also expecting to see more model devices already listed. Out of my 6 devices they only had one.
