My Harmony easily passed the wife test. I have not purchased a Pronto, but have downloaded and their software. While I like the mechanical button layout on the Proto Neo better, I really liked the activity approach of the Harmony and the Help button which allows users to easily resynchronize the remote and the gear by answering simple yes no questions. The macro approach used by most remotes requires the user to understand how the system is wired, to figure out which component is in the wrong state, and then know how to use the remote to get the component into the correct state. The Harmony takes care of the first and third and uses yes/no questions to figure out which setting is wrong. It is a major advancement in my mind. Prior to Harmony my wife would continually ask me to make the system work. The use of macros was just not reliable enough.
