I would like to buy a URC. I hear that the Pronto, Neo, and Harmony all pass the "wife" and "non-tech family members" test.

I am comfortable with programming (I used to work for Crestron) these things, but easy of ultimate use is obviously important.

As posted earlier, the warranty period for the Harmony makes me nervous, but the product is intriguing.

Based on my profile will I be buying a Harmony and then getting a pronto anyway because I may the advanced programability of one or will the Harmony do fine.
