Greetings from the Harmony Remote team,
We have diagnosed and fixed a problem on the Harmony Remote web site last night that prevented customers from Updating or using the Device Tutor to teach the Harmony new commands.
If you experienced problems where you expected an Update file or a Device Tutor file to be downloaded to your PC but instead nothing was downloaded, we have now fixed this problem. Update and Device Tutor now work fine again.
