Hi,

I just got my new Harmony, delivery was very fast. Only two days from Canada to Switzerland.
But now I am getting a little frustrated. I tried to add my Philips TV as my first device. My model was not available from the list but the language was recognised and I tried the next best model. Then I wanted to update / download the config to my harmony.
For no apparent reason it failed with something like :

"An Error occurred while Updating...
Error Message:
Application-defined or object-defined error.
Context:
The name of the device, activity or sub-system that generated the error was Characterization

Additional Information:

Very strange, any help ?
