I had sent the above question to their support and they sent this back as a reply:
Hi Roger,
Unfortunately, the Harmony is not yet capable of capturing the B&O codes so it cannot complete the Learning of those codes in a customer's home. We are confident that once we get the B&O remotes in-house we can emit the codes properly. Once that happens, an update is all that would be required to provide you the capability you desire.
