Got mine yesterday. Had a message on the screen that it was unconfigured and to go to the website.

Set up my configuration there and downloaded it to my pc, but when uploading to the remote it hangs at about 20% and sits there forever. I've tried it many times over, even after pulling batteries, with same results. Now the display shows nothing but a gray raster.

E-mailed support lastnight but haven't received a response yet.
