If I remember correctly, I did not have my Harmony connected when I registered and started the config. So you might be able to see for yourself.
Also like Mike said it is a learning remote, so if your device is not in the DB you can always learn the codes.
The DB is also dynamic (every user that learns codes can decide to upload the codes to the database) so any list is only temporary. So publishing it is useless
Furthermore manufacturers tend to reuse codes, so you don't necessarily need an exact match. (I setup my harmony during lunch at work, and I did not have my exact models. I just picked from the same brand and they all worked)
