Beyond the basic setup, which works quite well, any further customization is very difficult. And the limited number of hard keys I find actually makes it more confusing even if you can figure out the complex xml customization. You'll have to remember (or create a cheat sheet) what the Zap button does for a certain device or activity. I haven't used Pronto, but the Sony is very good.
