Great post. I think though what is really frustrating for many and certainly for me is that the harmony is capable of being customized much more to each users personal tastes. Yet what is missing is clear concise instructions or a web or program interface that allows you to control, delete, add and re-order menu and menu items. The change button function works great and is an example of the potential of this remote. What I don't understand is why Harmony doesn't add other web driven customization features that are as simple. Rather, we are led to cryptic generalizations in an xml language that leaves the vast majority of users without a clue. I would assume Harmony is aware of this and it seems almost incredible to me that these issues haven't yet been addressed.
