I am on hold, for a half hour now with Logitec, and thought I would see if I could get this resolved while I wait.
I have the software installed, and it recognizes the USB connection. No problems there. When I connect the 1000, the remote lights up, and the blue activities light flashes a few times, then the remote goes dark, and won't respond.
In the Software, I am stuck at the screen "Check Connection" The communication status is 0%, and no error messages.
I have tried: Disabling Firewalls, and Anitivirus. Uninstalling and Re-installing software Re-Booting. Removing and re-inserting battery and plugging in the 1000 without the battery.
So far, no luck.
Do I have a Lemon?
